EAWOP Small Group Meeting: New Frontiers in Employability Research

On Thursday June 28th and Friday June 29th, we had a very inspiring small group meeting at Eindhoven Technical University with a group of around 30 experts on the topic of employability. The meeting featured keynote presentations by Mel Fugate and Sjoerd Romme, both offering a critical perspective on employability research. Also, we had a number of sessions featuring the latest work of the community on all kinds of aspects of employability, ranging from meta-analyses to literature reviews, and from conceptual papers to structural equation modeling. Great initiatieve from Pascale Le Blanc and Beatrice van der Heijden, and wonderful that EWAOP supported it!
