Keynote about career sustainability for CareerServices counselors

On Tuesday October 29th 2019, I was invited to the Erasmus University Rotterdam to discuss the topic of career sustainability with a group of representatives from CareerServices counselors from the Dutch universities. The main goal was to talk about recent scientific insights into the topic of career sustainability, career competencies, and career shocks, and to explore in which ways this might contribute to the services that the career counselors provide to their students. It was a lively and interesting discussion, and I am also thankful for the input I received on their experiences with career shocks among students. A win-win situation!
