Career Success Symposium at VU Amsterdam - October 7th, 2022

On October 7th, 2022, I organized a research symposium on career success at VU Amsterdam. During this small group meeting, we had the pleasure and honor of having Professors Scott Seibert and Maria Kraimer as our keynote speakers. Scott Seibert opened the day by discussing a critical review paper we are finalizing about career success. Later on, Maria Kraimer shared her extensive experience as a journal editor to provide many useful tips and tricks about publishing and reviewing articles. The rest of the session focused on allowing junior researchers to present their work in progress and receive feedback from Scott, Maria, and the rest of those attending. It was an incredibly inspiring and fun day!
