External Examiner of Fiona Dowling’s PhD Thesis

I was invited to act as an external examiner for Fiona Dowling’s PhD thesis at the Trinity College Dublin about the rationale underlying the Irish postgraduate Visual Communication education, and specifically the students’ and graduates’ perspectives on this. Fiona’s supervisor is Dr. Andrew Loxley from Trinity College Dublin, Ireland. My tasks will include critically examining the PhD thesis and joining the final defense at UCD as the external examiner.
