Interview "Disrupt Your Career"

As part of their work on career disruptions, I was interviewed by Claire Harbour-Lyell and Antoine Tirard about how I decided to start studying careers and doing academic research and teaching. It was a really fun conversation about making my study choice, deciding to go into IO Psychology, moving into a PhD, and ultimately ending up where I am at now. A trip down memory lane, so to speak! And of course also a good discussion about the importance of studying career sustainability and career shocks, and why I am so passionate about doing this.
