Invited Research Talk at Aalto University, Finland

On March 26th 2021, I was invited to provide a research talk at Aalto University, Finland. During this talk, I shared some of my latest research on the topics of career shocks and career sustainability. For example, we discussed what a career shock is, how we can research them, and what the key topics are for future research. We also talked about the latest insights on sustainable careers research, and ways forward in this field.
