Invited Research Talk @ Audencia Business School

In March 2022, I visited Audencia Business School in Nantes, France. This research visit included two invited talks. The first was a "meet the editor" session where I shared some tips and tricks based on my experiences as an Associate Editor for the Journal of Vocational Behavior. The second session was an invited research talk, during which I shared recent insights on career shocks research. The team at Audencia consists of management scholars from various disciplines and their diverse expertise led to engaging and exciting discussions. It was wonderful to engage in an on-site research visit again after two years of mostly doing events online. Really enjoyed meeting new people and having great conversations.
