Recognition for top cited article in Human Resource Management Journal
Anneleen Forrier, Nele de Cuyper, and myself received recognition for our provocation paper on employability for being among the top cited articles in Human Resource Management Journal between December 2018 and December 2019. This is great news as it shows that our article is being read and used in new research on employability! In the paper, we provoke the dominant agency perspective in the employability literature, discuss some blind spots, and offer suggestions for future research.
