Research Grant for Psychology of Flexible Work

A team of VU researchers, led by Sanne Nijs and myself and in cooperation with Paul Jansen, Svetlana Khapova and Bert Breij, have received a research grant from Instituut Gak to have a 4-year full-time PhD project on the psychology of flexible work. Specifically, we will research sustainable careers and psychological contracts among flexible workers.
