Research Visit @ King's College London

Last week, I was at King's College London for a 1-week research visit at their KCL Business School. I gave a research presentation there to the HRM team about the conceptualization of career shocks and sustainable careers, two of my main research foci at this time. Among others, David Guest, Riccardo Peccei, and Jane Sturges were in attendance, all renowned experts in the field of HRM and career development.
I also worked with Ricardo Rodrigues on several joint projects about graduate employability. It was a very productive week and we got some good work done to kickstart a few papers.
And, of course it was quite nice to be in London again for almost a week!
