VU Dies Natalis 2022 - November 17th, 2022

On Thursday, 17 November 2022, Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam celebrated its 142nd anniversary. During this Dies Natalis event, I was invited as a panel member to discuss the ongoing reforms in academic career paths. It was a true honor to be part of this event and to share some of the activities we've been involved in at VU Amsterdam to change how we appreciate and reward various academic accomplishments and career paths. These topics also relate closely to my research on the sustainability of (academic) careers, making the conversation even more personally meaningful to me.
