White Paper Dutch Association of Psychologists (NIP): Leadership During and After COVID-19
In February 2021, I was part of a group of Work and Organizational Psychologists who, on behalf of the Dutch Association of Psychologists (NIP), published a white paper on leadership during and after COVID-19. In this white paper, we give concrete suggestions about 5 themes: staying connected, recognition, leading with an eye for the individual, healthy work, and investing in development. The white paper was developed by Arnold Bakker, Josette Gevers, Django Hessels, Jan Kwint, Aukje Nauta, Bas van Ommeren, Cora Reijerse, Mark van Vught, Kilian Wawoe, and me.
